How to Order Course Topic and Pay?
  1. On the web site http://www.ezlearn2u.my/lms home page, you will see Course categories with listing of samples, pre-payments and course topics.
  2. You may read and watch samples as guest or logged in users for free.
  3. In this help, we will cover the purchase and enrolment of course topics.
  4. Below is a portion of course categories showing Form 4 Additional Mathematics with 4 topics for sale. Next to the topics are showing their fee and the number of video titles.

  5. You may check on any of the topics of Form 4 Additional Mathematics below to order. If you are having remaining monetary credit, you may use it to pay for the topics. We will go over pre-payment purchase at another help.

    Credit Payment
  6. Click on Continue button to proceed. You will see the order confirmation screen below. Because there is a credit of RM38.00, the system will automatically use it to make the purchase. Thus, there is zero total paid.

  7. Click on Continue button to proceed. Since there is no payment required, you will see the order is immediately approved and an email is sent to you with an attached invoice file.
  8. In the case where you will need to make a payment, the next screen will tell you the order is made and a payment reminder email is sent to you.
  9. Click on Continue to proceed. You will be automatically redirected to the order invoice waiting for payment. If you do not see this order invoice, you will need to return to LMS home page and click on Enrol Course & Payment to view your orders.

  10. On the My orders tab, you will see all your orders. Click on the one with Pay Now link (showing Pending status).

  11. Below is the order invoice with the option to pay by credit card via our NB-ePay payment gateway or pay by bank wire with our bank account information.

  12. Click on Visa/MasterCard icon at the bottom to make payment via credit card.

  13. Click on Pay Online button to complete the payment and will see a status of successful or failed payment. If the payment is successful, in a short moment you will be automatically re-directed to EZLearn2U LMS with approved message and an email is sent to you with an attached invoice file.
  14. Your order will now have an Approved and Paid status.

    Bank Wire Payment
  15. If you wish to bank wire the payment to us, please email (admin@ezlearn2u.my) or fax (05-5261751) to us your payment transaction slip. We will verify your payment within 24 hours during working days. Once verified, we will approve and enrol your order.
